How should I maintain my Activewear?

To maintain the original state of Activewear, we recommend hand washing it with cold water and mild soap after each use. Avoid soaking and air dry in a cool place. Do not pack Activewear with other clothing and avoid rolling them together, especially when wet. Please avoid dry cleaning and minimize contact with sunscreen, oil, chlorine, and rough surfaces to prevent fading and damage to the fabric.

What size should I order?

Do I need to be responsible for customs duties and taxes?

We would like to kindly inform you that Vigor Barbie is not responsible for customs clearance fees or any customs related delays in your country/region. Our online store prices do not include overseas tariffs or customs fees. These fees are determined by your local customs and are not within our control. We suggest that you check the customs fees in your country/region before placing an order.

 

Please note that if the postal authorities in your country/region fail to notify you of any outstanding customs duties and taxes, Vigor Barbie is not responsible. To avoid any potential delays, we recommend that you closely monitor your shipment using the provided tracking number.

How can I track my order?

After the order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier containing a tracking number. When can I receive my order?

The order processing from Monday to Friday takes 1-3 working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed starting from the next business day.

Can I change my order?

What is pre order?

Pre order allows you to obtain products in advance, even before they are launched. Not all products can be pre ordered, they usually include restocking of new season items or popular items. When placing an order, the full order value will be charged, and the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the product will be listed on the product page. Please note that the estimated arrival time may change due to production schedules, and we will notify you promptly of any updates.

What should I do if my order is delivered with defects, damages, or missing items?

Although we thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure the highest quality, if you encounter any issues such as lost or defective/damaged items, please send an email immediately to vivian@ddgactivewear.com Or call+86 13424721327 and notify us within 24 hours. Our team will review this matter and provide timely assistance.

What is your return policy?

We value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Please note that the full price product meets the return criteria. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within 7 calendar days after delivery to receive a full refund of the product price and applicable taxes. However, shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags and sanitary pads.

Missed the 7-day window period?

Don't worry - you can return the purchased item within 8 to 14 days under the same conditions to earn store points: the item must remain unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, and all sanitary pads must be intact and undamaged. Please remember that all discounted items, including those purchased during promotional periods such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, are discounted items and do not meet the return criteria. Gift cards are also the ultimate sales.
